Danyel waited for Gavin to tell her whether the guy was dead or alive. She hoped that he was alive, and well as can be. Danyel had only met Gavin tonight, and didn't really feel like taking him to the local jail to be questioned about the guy that he had maybe killed. Danyel kept thinking about what she would have to try and explain, in regards to what she had seen in the club. But then Gavin spoke, with a weak smile on his face.

All Danyel did then, was let out a deep breath. "Thank goodness for that. I had this thought of escorting you to the jail or something. But then I had no idea what I might say to the cops about what happened." Danyel stopped herself, and then decided that they had better deal with the guy first, and then go for that chat. "So maybe we should do something with the guy?" She looked down at the unconscious man, lying on the floor. Then Danyel thought of something.

Without hesitating, she grabbed a jug of water from over the bar, and then moved back to the guy, and dumped the entire jug on the guy's face. Danyel then placed the now empty jug on the nearest table, and then turned to Gavin. "Hopefully that works," she said, in a bright voice.

"No. I was just saying... never mind." Jackson just smiled to himself. He was just messing around, but did hope that Emma knew just how much he loved her. Jackson had loved her since the moment they met, and knew what he was going to do very soon was so right. Well, he hoped that it would be a moment that they would never forget.

When Emma commented on what else Jackson had said about kind of talking to Jo earlier, she again agreed with him. Jackson knew that he didn't really need to worry about the two of them, but it would be in the back of his mind until either one of them found out the truth. Jackson nodded, when Emma said that she told him to be gentle with her. She cared so much for all the people in her life, and even had time to take care of herself, and make the effort to move forward with her life. Jackson was so proud of her.

Jackson handed over the first box, and saw that she was a bit shaky. He wondered why that was? Maybe the party was too much, or maybe she was thinking what he could possibly have gotten for her. Whatever it was, he was going to keep an eye on it. When she exclaimed his name, when she finally opened it, he smiled widely at her. But he then shoved another present in her hands, this time the charms for the bracelet. She unwrapped the box, and found the two charms. Again she loved them, but he didn't give her a chance to say or do anything towards him, giving her the final box.

She again loved the third gift, which he was happy about. "Your welcome sweetie. And I love you too." He was about to move, to maybe think about the next part of her presents from him, when Emma pulled him down to her level, and planted a kiss on his lips with her own. That passionate kiss from Emma, made Jackson wrap his arms around her, and began to get into the kiss. He knew he shouldn't take advantage of Emma, what with her still in the wheelchair. But he hoped that when all was finished, that he might get to be alone with her later, at her parent's place. Jackson just hoped that they wouldn't be disturbed.

Emma then asked him if he could help with the presents that he had given her. Again seeing how shaky she was, he noted it in his head, and helped her with the bracelet. Jackson took the arrow charm first, and put that one on, and then added in the bear charm. Jackson then opened the clasp, and put the bracelet on Emma's wrist. As he was doing that, he heard Marcus telling Emma that Jo said that Emma needed to open her presents now. Then Emma showed off the presents that Jackson had already given Emma.

At that moment, Emma then switched her earrings for the ones that Jackson had given her. "They look really good on you Em. I am glad that I settled on those." Marcus then commented that he would give her his gifts when Jackson had given her all of his. Jackson raised an eyebrow at Marcus, knowing that Marcus knew that there was still two surprises to come from Jackson end yet.

At this point, Jackson thought it would be best to continue with his final present and surprise for Emma, but then Marcus put his arm around Jackson. He listened to what Marcus said, as he was steered away from Emma and Jo. "Okay." Then Marcus asked his question. "I pretty much can sense that she has loved it all. I know that she hasn't told me in great detail. But I can just tell from the way she is right now. Em is so happy, and that is the way I want her to be when I sing my song now." Jackson hadn't noticed that the music had been turned down low. He was so happy right now, he could just burst.

Jackson then heard Emma's voice, asking him to turn around. He instantly turned around, and felt his mouth drop open in shock of what he was seeing. There was Emma steadily walking towards him. That grin on her face, made Jackson begin to smile back at her. He put his hands up to his head. As she made her way over to him, Jackson headed to her. Meeting her halfway, he grabbed a hold of her arms. "Oh my God Emma." That was all he could say, before he pulled her close to him, with tears in his eyes. Whispering in her ear, he told her, "I am so proud of you."
